Who
we are
Originally from Sardinia, I moved to the United Kingdom at 20, where my passion for hospitality and cocktails really took shape. Over the years, I worked across bars, hotels, restaurants, and events, building more than 20 years of experience in bartending, mixology, and customer service.
At 33, I moved to New Zealand and created Sip and Mix to share that experience through professional bartending services, cocktail masterclasses, and private 1-on-1 bar lessons. My goal is simple, to create a relaxed, fun, and memorable experiences with great drinks and genuine hospitality.
